Red Blend

I remembered

one day

walking near the river

Many thoughts

came to me

Sounds of jazz,

chilling my brain

Started thinking

in people

beloved ones

Their personalities

their passions and vulnerabilities

then get a conclusion

We are made of different types of grapes,

and also in different moments

we live like a Cabernet Sauvignon

and others like a Malbec

Human beings

act like a red blend

as conjunction of

diverse worlds

To truly know a person

we need to let aerate it

to make its flavors stand out

Walking and thinking

about life

about love

Came to me

Petit Verdot moments

and Pinot Noir too

But question is

we cannot predict

what kind of grape is our partner

why don’t we

explore our own taste

leaving vanilla stay close to leather

strawberries to cacao

we are all

a glass of one red blend

with harmony and disruption

at same time

with balance and without

but finally

we have a unique body and mind

don’t let we dazzle with the bottle or Price.
